All Daroma diffusers can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase; all other products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. Essential oil kits can be returned for store credit only. All orders to outside the US are final sale. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team at serivce@daroma.us to initiate an exchange or return.
