Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse, 'cause we're working quickly to get it to your doorstep!
Daroma Life currently ships internationally, however, additional international custom fees and taxes may apply. All domestic retail orders are processed and shipped with 5-7 business days, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We primarily uses UPS and USPS as our carrier service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS has provided these statements:
As of March 20, 2020 Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
Changes to Commitment Times
Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.
Expedited Shipping
Any Next Day Air or Expedited orders that come in after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not deliver on the weekends. This means Overnight and 2-Day orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week.
SOME NOTES
- Orders placed after 2 pm PST on friday will process the following monday
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!
